2023 WAFL Finals Series Pathway

The WAFL finals series consists of a series of knockout matches in the lead-up to the Grand Final. The top five teams from the home and away season qualify for the finals, with East Fremantle finishing in the top spot, earning them a direct entry to the 2nd Semi Final.

This system sounds complicated, but it creates intense competition and offers teams a second opportunity to progress even if they stumble in the earlier rounds of the finals series.
