Forward Sara Riou put together an impressive season, booting a team-high 13 majors to go with 12.5 disposals per game, with Chloe Metcalf (11), Kayla van den Heever (10) and Strachan (nine) also contributing in attack.
The Falcons won the Rogers Cup decider after a dominant second semi-final victory over Swan Districts, with several players expected to step up and become WAFLW regulars next season.
