WAFL players compete for West Coast

A TOTAL of 14 WAFL players took part in last night's West Coast Eagles intra-club match, with Swan Districts players Andrew Krakouer and Brett Wolfenden (pictured) both scoring goals for West Coast 'B' in the hit-out against West Coast 'A'.

The WAFL players were nominated to compete in the practice game after putting in solid pre-seasons for their respective clubs.

They included Chris Billings, Dominic Sterne, Daniel O'Sullivan, Michael Florio and Tendai Mzungu from Perth, Daniel Hookway, Rhett Kerr, Josh Watson and Scott Douglas from Subiaco, and Clint Garlett, Andrew Krakouer, Brett Wolfenden, Brett Van Groningen and Josh Pullman from Swan Districts.

West Coast Eagles WAFL Coordinator Ian Miller said all 14 players received an opportunity to spend time on the ground and played an important role in helping the West Coast players prepare for season 2010.
