Western Australia’s Brownes Chill AFL State 16s were convicning winners against Victoria Metro at Blacktown Olympic Park in New South Wales today, winning 19.7 (121) to 6.7 (43).Chris Yarran (Perth) kicked 7 goals in a brillant performance for WA while Corey Chalmers (pictured) (West Perth) and Chris Deluca (Subiaco) were also among WA's best players.
“It was a really outstanding team performance, playing a quality running game,” said WAFC High Performance Coordinator Raff Gaudagnino.
The 16s entered the final game coming off a 44-point win against Victoria Country and a 27-point loss against South Australia.
