![]() JOIN THE AFL SCHOOL AMBASSADOR TEAM NOW! The exciting AFL School Ambassador program was launched in 2004 by the Minister for Education and Director General at Subiaco Oval. Currently (August 2007) there are 754 teachers involved in the program. "AFL School Ambassadors are teachers who are passionate about their Australian football. They commit to actively and positively promoting our great game in their school." - Colin West, General Manager, WAFC Development and Education. Please note: Teachers must attend an Induction Day before they can officially act as an AFL School Ambassador in their school. If you wish to join the AFL School Ambassador team then please register for the next Induction Day in the metro area (Subiaco Oval) or country region. You may register online by clicking on the AFLSA Registration Form below. Information on the next induction day is included on the website and in the school mail out sent to all schools in February each year or you can contact the WAFC on 9381 5599.Metro Induction Days are conducted in early March each year while Country courses are usually during late March and/or April. The program is endorsed by the WA Football Commission's Education Advisory Group comprising of representatives of education groups in WA.
