THE West Coast Eagles hosted players from Scottish soccer club Celtic at Patersons Stadium this week ahead of their friendly game against Perth Glory on Saturday, July 9.Charlie Mulgrew and Thomas Rogner received some tips from West Coast defender Will Schofield before having a go at kicking and handpassing a Sherrin at Patersons Stadium.
Both Celtic players remarked about the size of the playing field at Patersons Stadium and were interested in hearing all about the rules of AFL.
The players also toured the West Coast rooms and were presented wih West Coast Eagles playing jumpers.
