Players set for Indigenous All-Stars match-up Wednesday, February 11, 2015 - 3:13 PM

Fremantle Dockers defender Michael Johnson met with the Perth Indigenous players today who have been selected in the national AFL Rio Tinto Footy Means Business squad.

Johnson will assist Aaron Davey in coaching the Footy Means Business squad when they play in the curtain-raiser to the West Coast Eagles v AFL Indigenous All Stars match on February 20 at Medibank Stadium.

The Footy Means Business program provides talent, leadership and employment opportunities for 50 young Indigenous men from all over Australia.

Gates will open from 3pm on February 20 at Medibank Stadium, Leederville for the curtain-raiser and a pre-match ceremony including Indigenous cultural performances.

The West Coast Eagles v AFL Indigenous All Stars game will commence at 6:10pm.

Further match details including the final AFL Indigenous All Stars squad will be released closer to February 20.

The match between the West Coast Eagles and the Indigenous All Stars will follow the bi-annual AFL Players' Association Indigenous camp which will take place in Perth from February 15 to 19.

The five-day camp will bring together over 70 indigenous AFL players and will include an indigenous leadership program, cultural sessions with the Footy Means Business squad and community visits.
