A pre-game parade is planned to feature WA Football Hall of Fame inductees, past Sandover and Simpson Medallists.

WAFC CEO Gavin Taylor said the tribute to WAFL legends, family activations, free admission for children and a $3 meat pie offer was all aimed at driving attendance and creating a great atmosphere for the last WAFL Grand Final at the home of football.

“We want this to be the biggest and most memorable WAFL Grand Final for everyone who attends and are hoping to attract a big crowd,” he said.

“Subiaco Oval has been the stage for some of the greatest players and most memorable moments in WAFL history and we want to celebrate its significance.

“Not only will it be an opportunity to see living legends of the game and be a part of history in the making, but a chance to watch the two best WAFL teams of 2017 in action.

“We are adding value for families by providing free entry for children and will also have a range of kids’ activities on offer plus $3 pies and the chance to have a kick on the oval after the game.

"We are also encourgaging fans to wear their WAFL jumper to the game, especially some of the older designs that may have been hidden away for many years."

Commemorative WA State jumpers and a souvenir edition of the Football Budget will be on sale at the game.

Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster at $15 for an Adult – half the price of the 2016 WAFL Grand Final – and $10 for WAFL club, Fremantle Football Club and West Coast Eagles members. Children under 16 are FREE.
