Swan Districts Football Club has a proud heritage that dates back to 1934 and has a strong reputation within the local WAFL football community and its regional districts. The club is seeking a business leader who can manage the organization through the next phase of its growth.
The position of Chief Executive is very much a “lead from the front” role, requiring a person who can manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the business vision.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the key responsibilities for the role include:
  • Marketing & Business Development
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Overseeing the V Swans Community Development Program
  • Human Resource Management
  • Membership Development
  • Financial Management
Based in Bassendean, the ideal candidate will have five years management experience in a Senior Marketing and Business Development position, hold a tertiary qualification in a suitable discipline, and have excellent communication, business planning and human resource management skills. Applicants with a background in sports management will be highly regarded.
