Marketing Manager – Swan Districts Football Club

The Swan Districts Football Club is a dynamic organisation that prides itself on strong values particularly tradition, professionalism and leadership.

We are seeking an individual who possesses strong organisational, communication and stakeholder relationship skills, and provides a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

The successful applicant must possess both leadership qualities and a high attention to detail. You will have demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, public relations or related fields, along with the ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours enquiries.

The successful applicant will have the following:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to work on multiple projects, under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Well-developed computer skills, including proven ability to maintain/update websites, and a demonstrated understanding of the internet, social media, multi-media tools and desktop publishing.
Event management skills in planning, implementation and evaluation
Demonstrated experience in conference sponsorship management and corporate hospitality – planning, implementation and evaluation
Strong budget management skills
Proven experience in dealing with and writing for the media.
Proven experience in researching, writing and managing the production of publications.
Strong time management and organisational skills to managing a multi-tasking environment

A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations is preferred with  2-3 years experience in a marketing position.
