The West Australian Women’s Football League is seeking expressions of interest from suitable qualified applicants for the above position. To be considered for this high profile role, you will need significant and successful experience in coaching with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Suitable applicants will possess;
Football Knowledge:
- Understanding of talented athlete identification and further development
- Strong knowledge of coaching techniques and strategies
- Sound understanding of skill development learning strategies
People Management:
- Capacity to effectively manage talented athletes and staff
- Possess strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective Communication:
- Highly developed and proven communication (written, verbal, visual) skills
Qualification:
- Minimum Level 2 coach accreditation
