To be successful in your application you will have experience within a similar role with a demonstrable history of using innovative techniques to achieve growth targets. You will also be required to display an ability to operate within a multi-faceted environment and build strong relationships with key football stakeholders.
Essential selection criteria includes:
- Experience or qualifications in Sports Management/Business related discipline.
- Operational experience in implementing new programs and initiatives in the area of Football Development.
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational planning.
- Financial management skills.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to work after normal business hours and on weekends.
‘Smarter than Smoking’ Development Officer
Desirable selection criteria includes:
- Knowledge of the WAFC structure.
- Knowledge of Football.
- Knowledge of the West Perth District, including factors that may influence the football environment within it.
