Wesley College is a member of the Public School Association (PSA) and as such, the students participate in the PSA sanctioned sporting programs. The College has developed a strong sporting tradition across the range of sports offered through the PSA. Many fine athletes have been produced, some who have gone on to excel in National and International arenas. The Wesley College Australian Football program has assisted the development of athletes who have played at the WAFL and AFL level. It is one of the two most popular sports at the College and as such the development of all boys who have a love for the game is equally as important as producing stars and winning titles.
