Wesley College is a member of the Public School Association (PSA) and as such, the students participate in the PSA sanctioned sporting programs. The College has developed a strong sporting tradition across the range of sports offered through the PSA. Many fine athletes have been produced, some who have gone on to excel in National and International arenas.

The Wesley College Australian Football program has assisted the development of athletes who have played  at the WAFL and AFL level. It is one of the two most popular sports at the College and as such the development of all boys who have a love for the game is equally as important as producing stars and winning titles.

To maintain the high standards and traditions, Wesley College is seeking the services of a suitably qualified individual to oversee the Wesley College Australian Football program from Years 5 – 12.

This is a part time seasonal position in which the hands on coaching will commence during March and conclude during September. The successful applicant will commence duties in March 2009.  A similar position in cricket  during the summer months for a suitably qualified applicant may also be available. Fulfilling the requirements of a dual role has the potential to move the position towards full time employment.
